Premier Inn London Ruislip hotel

The booking was really amazing. I would like to share a good services providing by your employee specially Pooja Devi . She was so helpful. She assigned me room 19 at that moment i was very tired . She is too kind to all client that really appreciated.

I stayed at this hotel this week for a trip to London. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff were super helpful and the rooms were nice and clean I would recommend to anyone.

My experience at hotel with my family was great. Everything perfect, nice and quiet with child friendly environment. Spacious car park.

We recently stayed at the Premier Inn, London Ruislip ahead of Oasis, and overall had a really good experience. The reception staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. They managed to secure us an early check-in so we could drop our bags off, which was a huge help. We were hoping to grab some lunch at the restaurant afterwards, only to find it had unfortunately closed down and this wasnt advised when we booked the room last year so just be aware of this when booking. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, the beds were very comfortable, and having loads of free parking on-site was a big plus. Just remember to pop your reg plate into the little machine by reception when you arrive. The only downside for us was the noise. We were in room 7, directly opposite the stairs, and could hear every creak and bang when people went up or down the stairs. Even if someone tried to be quiet, you could still hear it. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be worth requesting a room a bit further away from the stairwell. That said, the staff here really make the place. They were genuinely helpful, friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you to the team for making our stay a pleasant one.

I stayed at this hotel. It was really really good. The stuff are 100% brilliant. They looked after me. It’s so good like I was at home with my wife. I must bring my wife here, cause she would love it just as I love coming here, it is brilliant

The hotel feels like a place where guests are genuinely valued. The team’s commitment to exceptional service made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, care, and quality. I will definitely return!

I liked their staff services for given their best customer experience specially thanks for receptionist Pooja devi she was really cooperative and experienced lady. I like the location and the view of that hotel.
